Randy Lange was appointed Construction Manager of Western Potash Corporation in May 2022.

Mr. Lange is an accomplished construction and project manager with over 25 years of industrial experience in pulp and paper, power, mining, oil, gas, and pipeline sectors. Encompassing a wide range of management activities, including conceptual design input, project management, operation management, contract formation, budgeting and costing and field execution, Mr. Lange has a proven ability to lead various teams while delivering projects on time and within budget. An excellent communicator and respected leader, Mr. Lange also has a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and coaching multi-disciplinary teams through challenging growth and operating environments that include the construction of a major potash mine, and installation of several large-scale power plants piping works.

Mr. Lange holds a diploma from the Saskatchewan Applied Science and Technology (SIAST) in Saskatoon and is currently a Candidate for a Bachelor of Commerce Candidate (Accounting Major) from the University of Saskatchewan.
