Western Potash Corp is very pleased to announce that it has safely and successfully completed the Phase I production drilling program, and has start solution mining into all three horizontal caverns. These are the first intentionally drilled and connected horizontal potash caverns in Saskatchewan, and signify a new and improved method of extracting potash in the province.
Western Potash Corp has entered into a binding offtake agreement with Archer Daniels Midland Company (NSYE: ADM) (“ADM”) for 100% of the potash production (146,000 tonnes per annum) from the Milestone Phase I plant.
